September Diving

So this September has been an interesting month for only being 11 days in...Diving Grand Cayman has been AMAZING...the weather conditions have finally turned into our usual summertime weather...and for those of you that have had the pleasure to dive Grand Cayman this time of year, you know what you're missing!!...Just about unlimited visibility, flat-calm seas and wonderfully hot Caribbean sun to warm you up between dives.

Wildlife encounters have been a bit more intimidating than usual due to a very horny dolphin named "Stinky" cruising around the north side of Grand Cayman. My first encounter with him was at Starfish Point, mostly just observing him in the shallow waters. Just last week several divers had to abort at Turtle Reef due to the unwanted sexual advances of the dolphin. He was actually caught on video trying to pin one diver to the sand!

We are still busy with dive training this month. We have two new PADI Divemaster candidates and a few more Open Water divers to complete certification dives.

Happy Bubble Blowing Turtle Heads!
