WOW!

What else can I say but scuba diving Grand Cayman today was absolutely wonderful! Started the day with a 2-tank Grand Cayman dive on a recently installed wall site found just outside Mesa. Stunning coral formations, 3 turtles, a free swimming moray eel, lots of cleaning stations = GROUPER! and a few pesky lion fish to bring the excitement level up a bit more. Stunning! Next our group wanted to scuba dive the Kittiwake. This wreck is getting better each day she rests under the sea. Most of her interior is now filled with silver sides by the masses, making navigating a bit challenging. So amazing to see the grouper, snapper, and jacks take turns feeding from the bait ball.

Grand Cayman diving this afternoon found us on Big Tunnel. Not only is this site basically an underwater playground because of all the swim thrus, but again there were so many fishes it was difficult to see your dive buddy! Our shallow dive was at Spanish Anchor and as soon as we splashed the action began. Right under Wall-Nut we found two Spotted Eaglerays playing and feeding in the sand. A short swim away found us bumping into another free swimming moray eel on a late afternoon hunt. Diving Grand Cayman = I love my job!

mid-November

We're back at the grind....finally! Love to have a little free time but something about spending our days Grand Cayman boat diving that keep us going. November has had some pretty windy days but some amazing Grand Cayman diving conditions. Today's Grand Cayman dive was to NW Point for our wall dive and a new site part of the dive 365 campaign called Rainbow Reef. Lots of beautiful ledges and overhangs, some amazingly healthy coral formations, and an abundance of fishes to keep you busy. Still some spots left during Thanksgiving week so don't miss the opportunity to dive Grand Cayman!

ARrrrrr!

Happy Pirates Week everyone!! So far the weather this fall has been typical of the tropics. Lots of cloudy and windy days. But, we have had some amazing diving going on! Grand Cayman diving has had crystal clear vis and temps still around 82F. The diversity of fish life is sure to impress even the most particular of bubble blowers. We will have dive Grand Cayman trips going out at 8:30am and 1pm daily throughout the holidays. Don't forget that we have a 6 diver maximum on every Grand Cayman boat diving adventure so reserve your spots while there is still time! Best time of year....crazy Pirate pickup lines on the radio stations...here is our favorite, "Pardon me madame, do ya mind if me fire me cannon thru yur porthole?"
